family times

The past 3 days Mark and I have been visited my family and his family.

It felt good to be home. I hate it that it has to be for such a short amount of time and so many things get crammed into those 2 days...so it goes by fast. At least I got to see them. I love my family. They have been there for me through everything and I love them for that and they show so much compassion and no judgement. I didn't want to leave when we did. Sept. 29th was my Dad's birthday and the day we left, I didn't want to leave. I'm really sad that I'm not going to see them for a long time. Mark and I have a plan of going off on our travels again and not coming back til January of 2008...a long time of not seeing the fam. I had a hard time going off to college, which was 2 hours away, now I'm going to be on the other side of the world!

I'm going to miss my family dearly. (I can't say it enough.) I get home sick and I'm going to miss them (even my 2 cats and my dog).

I am so lucky to be traveling as much as I have, I've always enjoyed traveling and this was a dream of mine.

Now we're at Mark's family's house. And we're still planning out our next destination. I know it's going to be Charleston, South Carolina. When we're done with all our travels this is the place where I would love to settle down in and raise a family. I LOVE Charleston! The downtown has such beautiful history, the people are so charming with their "southern hospitality" and I love the style of the homes down South.

I'm exited to get back on the road.
