these boots are made for walking....

I haven't written in so long that I skipped over Christmas and my birthday. Christmas was kind of sad, i mean Mark and I were together but we were alone here in san diego. Our families are in ohio. On Christmas eve we went out to ddinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.

As we were sitting at dinner Mark goes "are you mad I didn't get you anything for Christmas?" I said "I'm not mad but I'm kind of sad."

I can't believe he didn't go out and get me a present for Christmas. And then he said I was being needy because I wanted a present. So then he left at 8pm on Christmas eve to go to the mall and get me something...but the mall was closed.

January 4th; my 26th birthday! I got so many phone calls, Mom, Dad, Nicole (my sister), my 2 aunts, Maria (my cousin), Payton, Sammy & Roslyn (mark's nieces), Brandy (mark's sister) and Abby (my best friend). So that was nice.

I opened 2 presents from Mark...first I opened a pair of shoes, these white boots that I wanted and then he got me a pair of cowboy boots. Which I had to return they were on sale for $9.97 and you can only imagine what they looked like being so cheap. Then he got me this beautiful shirt that's gold and white stripped. It's gorgeous...i love it.

Then for dinner we went to a nice restaurant called "Blanca". Crazy food, small portions. Mark got a steak with an oversized duck liver. NO, it didn't say that on the menu but after the fact we found out exactly what it was. After dinner we went and got my favorite ice cream, Cake batter mixed with brownies at Cold Stone!!!!! Yummmm.

I had a really nice birthday and I love spending special days like that with Markie Mark :)
